Singapore lab zeroes in on risk
The Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences' Kilo Lab, a pilot-scale research facility for the development of process techniques, has opened in Singapore. The lab, said to be the first in Southeast Asia, also includes training facilities for engineers and chemists. Officials hope to speed development of scientific and risk-based processes for the manufacture of new chemical entities. Announcement
