GE Healthcare has teamed with Sweden's iBio and the Fraunhofer Center for Molecular Biotechnology to develop biopharma and vaccine manufacturing gear. The arrangement capitalizes on GE's global life sciences muscle, the iBioLaunch plant-based vaccine and therapeutic protein manufacturing platform, and Fraunhofer's vaccine and molecular biology expertise. GE will supply bioprocessing products and process expertise for integration with the iBioLaunch platform. It will also support the development of products based on the iBioLaunch platform and product offering. iBio release
